Junior Architect

🏛️ Job Title: Architect Job Overview We are seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, sustainable, and visually compelling structures, overseeing the planning and execution of projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities 🧱 Develop architectural designs in alignment with project goals and client needs 📐 Create detailed blueprints, models, and technical drawings using CAD and BIM software 🏗️ Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 🌱 Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles 🗂️ Oversee site analysis, zoning research, and compliance with building codes and regulations 🗣️ Present designs and proposals to clients, modifying plans based on feedback 🔍 Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure design adherence 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Coordinate with interior designers and landscape architects as required Qualifications 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 🛠️ Proven experience in architectural design and project management 💻 Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite 📋 Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes 🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✨ Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail Preferred Attributes LEED or IGBC other sustainability certifications Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects Ability to navigate fast-paced deadlines while maintaining design excellence
