We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Junior Admin Operations

to join our team. The ideal
candidate will assist in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure efficient workflow and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling documentation, and processing
invoices.
Handle data entry tasks and generate reports related to sales, inventory, and operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate records and databases for operational tasks.
Assist in the preparation and execution of team events, meetings, and other operational activities.
Monitor office equipment and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and functioning.
Support the team in organizing and executing operational initiatives and projects.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support business operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related
field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and
CRM tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
