Junior Accountant

As we scale our operations, we are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our accounts team and support in managing daily financial and accounting tasks. Role Overview As a Junior Accountant, you will need to support our accounting team in daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain financial documents, records, and reports Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other tax compliance work Coordinate with internal departments for invoice clarifications and payments Maintain confidentiality of financial information and data Support audits and other compliance checks Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
