Work Locations Available:


Work experience:

4-6 years of professional experience

Strong expertise in Jira, JSM and Confluence administration tasks and respective REST APIs.

Experience with working on Atlassian automation.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in knowledge base management and user training.

Understanding of SQL.

Should be ready for working in US hours - (9AM - 6PM EST) and will adhere to client's holiday calendar.

 


Roles and responsibilities:

Manage user access and permissions on Atlassian tools.

Configure projects in Jira/JSM.

Write OKRs for the team

Setup SLAs in Jira Service Management as per the standards.

Develop integrations with third-party systems.

Monitor project deadlines and provide oversight.

Generate comprehensive project reports in Jira.

Provide support and guidance to business users on utilizing Jira effectively.

Set up knowledge bases in Confluence and maintain documentation.

Conduct training sessions to educate users on Atlassian tools and best practices.
