JIRA Administrator Trainee – 6 Months Training Program
Location: Peer Muchalla (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months | Full-time (8 hours/day)
Mode: Work from Office

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers/trainees who are eager to learn and grow their career in Project Management and JIRA Administration. This hands-on training program offers real-time exposure to JIRA tool management, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and much more.

Trainee Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and managing JIRA projects, boards, workflows, and custom fields
• Learn and support user management, project configuration, and automation rules
• Help troubleshoot JIRA-related issues and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with project and development teams to gather and implement requirements
• Maintain documentation of configurations and activities
• Complete assigned tasks and training goals in a timely manner

Training Structure & Stipend:

• First 2 Months: Unpaid training
• Post 2 Months: Stipend based on performance
• Certificate of Completion after successful 6-month training
• PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity based on overall performance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong interest in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
