Responsibilities:
✔️Building scalable backend systems using Java (Core) & Spring Boot
✔️Designing & integrating REST APIs and webhooks
✔️Tuning MySQL queries and improving performance & observability
✔️Leading a team through sprints, code reviews, and architectural decisions
✔️Mentoring junior engineers & collaborating with cross-functional teams
✅ We’re Looking For:
🔹3+ years of backend development experience
🔹Strong knowledge of Java (Classic/Core), Spring Boot, REST APIs
🔹Hands-on with cron jobs, async processing, MySQL tuning
🔹Exposure to logging/monitoring tools (Logback, ELK, etc.)
🔹Good communication & stakeholder handling skills
🔹Bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, Postman, Salesforce, Zendesk
