Job Summary:

Viari Exports is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with experience in networks, hardware, and system administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Windows Server environments, networking, and desktop support. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and manage IP networks: IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN
• Support and troubleshoot wired and wireless configurations
• Install and maintain IT hardware & peripherals: printers, storage, firewalls, switches, routers, CCTV, biometrics, EPABX
• Experience with DELL servers, storage, and networking
• Provide desktop and technical support to internal teams
• Administer Active Directory, Windows Server, and Office 365
• Set up and manage Microsoft Outlook email clients
• Perform routine system and security updates (antivirus, Windows OS)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and networking
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, CCTV, and biometric systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Male candidates preferred
• Immediate joiner highly preferred

Education:

• Diploma in Computers / BCA / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field
