This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Kolkata. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The recruiter will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, manage job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company’s objectives and standards.
