Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Plan, design, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure across various locations, including regional offices, manufacturing setups, and new properties.
• Ensure seamless connectivity across offices, including hardware provisioning, networking, and software deployment.
  

Regional Support:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to regional offices, such as procuring laptops and other essential assets.
  

Systems Administration:

• Manage servers, databases, and critical IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Oversee both on-premises and remote employee systems.
  

Network Security:

• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the companys data, intellectual property, and client information.
• Set up firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and conduct regular security audits.
  

Software Applications Management:

• Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of software applications across the organization.
• Work with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of design tools, marketing automation platforms, and assist in CRM system implementation.
  

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor compliance.
  

IT Strategy and Planning:

• Assist the department head in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
• Ensure robust security measures, including access controls, data backups, and disaster recovery plans.
  

Innovation and Emerging Technologies:

• Stay abreast of developments in IT, digital marketing, design tools, and manufacturing technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for potential business applications and competitive advantage.
  

Budgeting and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage IT budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure that IT investments align with business goals and priorities.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience in IT infrastructure management (5+ years).

• Technical Expertise:

  Knowledge of IT systems, networking, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

• Industry Experience:

  Experience in manufacturing, retail, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong Leadership:

  Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

• Vendor Management:

  Experience negotiating with and managing IT vendors and service providers.

• Strategic Thinking:
