🔍 Job Role Overview As a Field Sales Executive, you will directly meet and pitch to business owners, demonstrate the power of the Neo Website platform, and close deals that help them grow online. This is a target-driven, high-reward field sales opportunity. Product: Neo Website – AI-Powered Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) 🎯 Key Responsibilities Identify and approach SMEs, local service providers, and small retailers in your assigned area Explain the benefits of Neo Website in simple terms and conduct product demos Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales Maintain daily sales activity logs and reports Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets ✅ Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, BFSI, digital marketing, SaaS preferred) Good communication in Marathi, Hindi + basic English Tech-savvy and familiar with smartphones, websites, and online tools Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler. 💸 Compensation & Perks Attractive performance-based incentives (₹10,000–₹15,000/month or more) Travel, Phone, Internet allowance Performance bonuses and recognition Career growth into Team Leader / Territory Manager role within 6–12 months
