Product: Neo Website – AI-Powered Website-as-a-Service (WaaS)

Job Role Overview:
As a IT Field Sales Executive, you will directly meet and pitch to business owners, demonstrate the power of the Neo Website platform, and close deals that help them grow online. This is a target-driven, high-reward field sales opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach SMEs, local service providers, and small retailers in your assigned area
• Explain the benefits of Neo Website in simple terms and conduct product demos
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• Maintain daily sales activity logs and reports
• Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, BFSI, digital marketing, SaaS preferred)
• Good communication in Marathi + basic English/Hindi
• Tech-savvy and familiar with smartphones, websites, and online tools
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler.
