To lead and manage the reciprocating compressor assembly operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery by effectively coordinating workforce, materials, and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead the assembly operations for reciprocating compressors, ensuring adherence to daily production targets. Supervise and guide assembly teams. Ensure compliance with mechanical drawings, specs, tolerances, standard assembly procedures and shop testing standards. Review and improve SOPs, work instructions, and workflow efficiency in the assembly & testing area.
