Publish process review reports and track the implementation of recommendations. Project Management Oversee end-to-end continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. RCA for Non-Conformances Conduct RCA for customer complaints, process failures, and deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
