About The Role
Investment Relationship Manager
KRAs :

Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of theportfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.

Ensureshighlevelsofcustomerserviceorientationandapplicationofbankpolicy.

Informscustomersofnewproductsorproductenhancementstofurtherexpandthebanking relationship.

Plansand conducts specialsales initiativesandevents for prospectiveandexistingclients.

Coordinateswithother groupcompanies toprovideseamlessaccesstoother products.

Maintainscompleterelationshiprecordfor assignedcustomeraccounts.

Trackscustomercomplaints/queriesandturnaroundtimesforcustomer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.

IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred

Graduate:3-5yearsofexperience

PostGraduate:2-3yearsofexperience
