 About The Role  
 Investment Relationship Manager 
 KRAs :
  • Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of theportfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.
  • Ensureshighlevelsofcustomerserviceorientationandapplicationofbankpolicy.
  • Informscustomersofnewproductsorproductenhancementstofurtherexpandthebanking relationship.
  • Plansand conducts specialsales initiativesandevents for prospectiveandexistingclients.
  • Coordinateswithother groupcompanies toprovideseamlessaccesstoother products.
  • Maintainscompleterelationshiprecordfor assignedcustomeraccounts.
  • Trackscustomercomplaints/queriesandturnaroundtimesforcustomer satisfaction.

  •  Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.
  • IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred
  • Graduate:3-5yearsofexperience
  • PostGraduate:2-3yearsofexperience
  • Customerorientation
  • Highenergylevelswithamotivetosucceed
