Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MLAP in Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch office.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in mortgage loans.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
