Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in mutual funds and branch management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition.
Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
