Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve their full potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in mutual funds.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
