Intileo Technologies - Account Manager

Job Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, ERP and Tally management, reconciliations, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements, experience with ERP systems and Tally, and the ability to work independently. This position requires a one-time trip to India every two years, with all travel expenses covered by the company. Key Responsibilities Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, balance sheets, and other financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management. Utilize ERP systems and Tally for accurate and efficient accounting operations. Manage and maintain financial data within ERP and Tally systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERP and Tally. Perform regular reconciliations for bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other key financial records. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. - Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis. - Ensure adherence to all local and international financial regulations, including tax filings, audits, and other statutory requirements. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders for audits and financial reporting.
