1. Field Operations & Farming – Assist in organic crop cultivation, soil health management, composting, and regenerative techniques like crop rotation and intercropping.
2. Research & Development – Study innovative and sustainable farming methods, analyze soil and plant health data, and document findings for improvement.
3. Procurement & Supply Chain – Support crop procurement, ensure quality control, manage logistics, and promote fair trade partnerships.
4. Community Engagement – Conduct training sessions, develop educational materials, and promote sustainable farming practices among local farmers.
5. Sustainability & Certification – Assist in maintaining organic certification, support water conservation, waste management, and eco-friendly practices.
Data & Reporting – Maintain farm records, analyze data, assess farming efficiency, and contribute to research
