We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (GDS / MS & Flex Process) Location: Jaipur About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Executive handling international voice processes. If you're a pro with Amadeus GDS and passionate about delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to travel bookings Use Amadeus GDS to modify or manage reservations Ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment Who Can Apply? Any Graduate / Undergraduate Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) Compensation: Salary up to ₹6 LPA Monthly incentives up to ₹8,000 Shift & Schedule: 5.5 Days Working Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs Assessment: Must clear Versant C1 – US Voice test Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Do you have Experience in Customer Support (GDS / MS & Flex Process)?
