Job Description

Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues Respond to customer emails communications promptly Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues Monitor and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes Meet performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and response time Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems
