Responsibilities:

• Studying the market in the target country or countries.
• Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts.
• Regularly communicating with overseas clients on call and emails.
• Contact potential or existing customers and inform them about our products.
• Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Managing administration, such as preparing orders, contracts and export documents.
• Checking freights of all destinations and noting them regularly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• MS Excel, MS Word, Email very important!
