About the Role

As an Intern in the Client Relationships team at Ascent, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our work with client-facing corporate websites and eCommerce platforms built on WooCommerce and Shopify. You will collaborate closely with our internal team to understand ongoing update and upgrade requirements, and help communicate recommendations and enhancements to our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital experiences and client success. You’ll also gain exposure to how tech-driven businesses enhance their online presence and grow through thoughtful platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Relationships team to track, document and coordinate ongoing updates to client websites and eComm stores.
• Understand client feedback and relay specific upgrade needs to internal teams.
• Assist in identifying and recommending new features or enhancements for corporate websites and platform-driven stores (WooCommerce, Shopify).
• Communicate proactively with client teams to keep them informed of opportunities to level up their platforms.
• Support visual documentation and quick mock-ups using Canva where required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills across English, Gujarati and Hindi.
• Confident in communicating via email and WhatsApp in a professional context.
• Good design aesthetics with working proficiency in Canva.
• Interest in websites, eCommerce platforms and client engagement.
• Proactive learner and a collaborative team player.
