Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing residential and commercial interior spaces that align with our client’s lifestyle and vision. You’ll collaborate closely with Sale Head, project managers, estimators, and vendors to bring ideas to life from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand project goals, preferences, and budgets.
• Develop mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, and detailed interior concepts.
• Source and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.
• Work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom Ai and rendering tools for presentations.
• Collaborate with contractors and site supervisors during execution.
• Manage timelines, design revisions, and client approvals.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Coohom Ai etc.).
• Strong design sense, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modular kitchen and custom furniture design.
• Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient materials.
• Passion for interior trends and luxury living concepts.
