𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

• Conceptualize and design interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

• Develop mood boards, design presentations, and material selections that align with project themes.

• Ensure that all interior designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and market relevant.

• Create detailed interior layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize concepts.

• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials within budget and project scope.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

• Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of interior designs.

• Review construction and interior fit-out plans to ensure compliance with design intent.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee the implementation of design elements.

• Address design-related issues and provide solutions throughout the construction phase.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 &𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging interior design innovations.

• Conduct market research to align designs with buyer expectations and lifestyle trends.

• Ensure designs are competitive and cater to the target demographic of each project.

𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

• Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing model units and showrooms.

• Assist in staging and styling properties for photography, marketing campaigns, and sales events.

• Provide input for branding, brochures, and promotional materials related to interior design.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in interior design, preferably in real estate

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of residential and commercial projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture sourcing, and local building codes.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
