Aesthetic and Cosmetologist Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on various cosmetology and aesthetic treatments.
• Train students and junior staff on techniques such as:
• Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
• HydraFacial, Vampire Facial, Carbon Facial
• Chemical Peels, LED Therapy
• Permanent Eyebrows, Scalp Micropigmentation
• IPL, Photo Facials, and Microneedling
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and safety protocols in cosmetology.
• Develop training manuals, SOPs, and maintain academic records.
• Support marketing and awareness programs related to aesthetics and skincare.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilization, and medical safety standards during practical sessions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, or Dermatology
• Certification in advanced aesthetic procedures preferred
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic treatments and training
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Empathy, patience, and leadership skills
