Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and other equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support:Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing both on-site and remote support to clients.
• Client Communication:Interacting with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring all installations are performed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Project Management: May oversee smaller projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with other team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of relevant hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
