Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Strategist based in Noida. The Inside Sales Strategist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining the range of training programs offered, and guiding them to choose suitable courses. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client interactions, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and consultative selling techniques. The role also involves data tracking of customer inquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with the training teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the training programs offered by MindSeekers Technologies.
