Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include contacting potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, maintaining client accounts, and addressing any issues to ensure customer retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation B2B and/or B2C
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Expertise in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
