Job Responsibilities Speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers from the US. Represent Ksoft Technologies with professionalism and clarity. Assist in lead generation and marketing outreach. Communicate project ideas and updates clearly over voice and video calls. Follow up with leads and clients as directed by the marketing team. Learn about our products and services to answer client queries. Mandatory Requirements Excellent English speaking and listening skills Strong confidence and voice clarity in communication Willingness to work in US time zone (Night Shift) from home 1-month in-office training at Cherplassery (mandatory) A basic understanding of technology (bonus, not mandatory) Eagerness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection for remote work Ideal Candidate Fresh graduates (any stream) who are enthusiastic about international communication.
