Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers to provide product information, resolve queries, and address concerns.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Provide excellent customer handling skills by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Utilize telesales techniques to meet daily targets and achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (freshers welcome).
Fluent English language skills for effective communication with customers.
Strong client interaction skills for building strong relationships.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends off.
