Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai Reports To: Regional Sales Head Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team at SolarSquare Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into customers by engaging with them via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Youll play a key role in educating prospects about solar solutions and driving the adoption of solar energy across households. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Engage with potential B2C customers via phone and virtual meetings to convert leads into successful sales. Daily Outreach: Make a minimum of 60-70 calls daily from the assigned lead database. Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads using calls, emails, and digital platforms. Product Education: Clearly communicate the benefits of SolarSquares solar solutions to prospective customers. Meeting & Demo Scheduling: Book field visits and product demos for interested prospects. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. CRM Management: Log all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead progress accurately in the CRM system. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Business Development teams to enhance lead conversion strategies. Target Achievement: Maintain a minimum lead-to-sale conversion ratio of 20%. Candidate Expectations: Experience: 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, direct sales, or B2C lead generation. Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in B2C or B2B environments. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence decision-makers. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and digital communication platforms. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively with design and business development teams. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi is preferred.
