Job Description

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential pharmacies. Explain KwikMedi's value proposition and services clearly and convincingly. Generate leads and schedule meetings for the BD/Field Sales team. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate data in CRM tools. Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales or onboarding opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer engagement. Requirements Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi and English). Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. Self-motivated, with a target-driven approach.
