Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation for our real estate business development team. The role will involve cold calling , market research , and lead qualification to support Chai Points expansion into high-potential locations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to property owners, brokers, and real estate agents to pitch potential site opportunities. Research and identify suitable commercial properties based on business requirements. Build and update a strong database of real estate contacts. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the BD team. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and track interactions in CRM tools. Support the team with market insights and competitive intelligence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or telesales ; experience in ed-tech industry is a strong plus. Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach and convert cold leads into meetings. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Added Advantage: Experience in ed-tech telesales or inside sales, given the fast-paced and high-calling-volume environment of that sector. Understanding of real estate or retail location scouting will be a plus.
