Job Summary:

Inside Sales Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospects
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to convert leads into opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales progress, and client feedback
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in inside sales or telemarketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
