Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 5.5 Days/Week (Alternate Saturdays working)

Interview Mode: On-site (F2F)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Conduct meetings to understand client requirements and present tailored recruitment solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies
• Track sales performance, provide forecasts, and gather client feedback

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales or business development (HR services preferred)

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in pitching and client interaction
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
