* MBA (Marketing) from Tier 1 Colleges with 8-10 Year experience

* Experience in Marketing Innovation is a must.

* Candidates only from Top FMCG / Alco Beverage/ OTC Industries only

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive product and brand innovation.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Lead marketing initiatives for new product launches and innovative business models

* NPD : Developing the marketing mix for future formats

* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for innovation

* Partner with R&D, product, and sales teams to shape innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies

* Refresh brand Communication

* Develop and execute pilot marketing campaigns and test-and-learn programs

* Build business cases for innovative marketing ideas and measure their ROI

* Oversee creative development for innovation campaigns (messaging, content, channels)

* Use customer insights and data to guide strategic decisions and personalization efforts

* Identify and evaluate partnerships, technologies, and platforms that drive innovation

* Drive strategic partnerships.
