Job Description

We are seeking an Executive- IT to provide enterprise-level support to users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to ensure User satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain computer applications and networks.
  • Set up and manage operating systems.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow while resolving network-related issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues by gathering detailed information.
  • Design computer systems to meet organizational or User needs.
  • Adapt to emerging and evolving technologies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Users experiencing system issues.
  • Track and resolve user issues within agreed timelines.
  • Address complex problems, communicate with Users via phone, email, or chat, and provide clear technical instructions.
  • Escalate issues to relevant internal departments as per standard procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely feedback to Users.
  • Log all issues and maintain proper documentation.
  • Follow up with Users to confirm their systems are functioning properly post-troubleshooting.
  • Document technical knowledge in a knowledge base.
  • Monitor and maintain daily technical system performance.
  • Assist in deploying new software or hardware solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and Network devices.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide clear step-by-step technical support, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Any Graduate

QUALIFICATION

  • BSC-IT, BCA or any Graduate
  • Additional certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologies are a plus.
  • Hardware and Networking certification.

Salary would be in line with the experience
