About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  L1 technical support

  for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Assist in

  system installation, configuration

  , and updates
• Monitor and respond to support tickets via email/chat/helpdesk tools
• Troubleshoot

  basic IT issues

  (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Manage

  user account setups, password resets

  , and access controls
• Maintain

  IT documentation and inventory

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in

  Computer Science, IT

  , or a related field
• Basic understanding of

  Windows OS, networking

  , and

  MS Office tools

• Strong problem-solving

  and

  communication

  skills
• Ability to work

  independently and in a team

• Willingness to learn

  and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
