Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist for a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate across marketing, social media, and content teams. The candidate will play a critical role in growing brand awareness, engagement, and sales through effective influencer partnerships and strategic campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the consumer goods or digital marketing space
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and campaign analytics
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to create structured campaign briefs and measure ROI effectively
