Industrial Sales Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Industrial Sales Engineer to promote and sell our range of industrial products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and sales by understanding client requirements, offering appropriate technical solutions, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and engineering sectors (manufacturing, power, automotive, etc.)
• Understand technical specifications and applications of company products
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits
• Liaise with design and production teams to customize solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned territory or product line
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
• Provide post-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales
• Strong knowledge of industrial products such as machinery, automation systems, components, or instrumentation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and able to work independently in the field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or OEM sales
• Knowledge of CAD software or industrial standards (ISO, ANSI, etc.)
• Experience in handling long-cycle or consultative sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
