Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Inbound Sales Intern role located in Gurugram. The Inbound Sales Intern will be responsible for customer service, communication, customer experience, sales, and customer support tasks. Daily activities will include engaging with customers, addressing queries, providing product information, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and support skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A natural flair for sales and the ability to influence customer decisions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, empathetic attitude
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of IT/software products is a plus
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles (internships, part-time, or full-time) is advantageous
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
