Job description
Urgently looking for IMPORT Documentation Specialist and 4 to 6 year's experience.
- After finalizing a Sales contract, to forward the details of purchase confirmation along with company details.
- To prepare the weekly report of estimated payment plan schedule for Advance/Balance against imports of goods to the finance manager
- Following up the loading schedule from shipper and get the details of list of all shipping documents for verification process and final confirmation as per customs instructions.
- To share the shipment information to assigned a clearing agent and co-ordinate the bill of entry checklist confirmation , clearance and delivery order & Follow up
- Updating pricing / un-priced contracts report on a daily basis.
- Follow up the payment from clients and credit instructions to bank.
- Damage Claim assessment and reports/ Deposit refunds
