Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing import documentation and coordination with logistics and suppliers
- Liaise with banks for import-related transactions, including LC handling, remittances, and documentation- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless movement of goods and information- Maintain and organize records of all import documentation and transactions- Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery- Support the finance and accounts team in bank-related operations tied to imports- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets for internal review and compliance

Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 1 years of work experience (experience in banking operations or import/export domain is preferred)- Strong understanding of banking processes related to documentation, payments, and transactions- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and general computer operations- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Ability to handle documentation and work in a detail-oriented environment

Preferred Background:
- Candidates with any exposure to import/export or banking work- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new systems and processes- High level of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment
