Location: Nehru Place Type: Full-Time We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and customer-focused Immigration / Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will guide individuals and families through various immigration processes for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, and others. The consultant will provide accurate advice on visa options, application procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional immigration advice to clients for temporary and permanent visa categories including Work Permit, Study Visa, PR, Business Immigration, etc. Assess individual client eligibility for different immigration programs and provide suitable options. Prepare, review, and submit visa applications on behalf of clients ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures of relevant countries. Follow up with immigration authorities on behalf of clients for application status updates, interview scheduling, and document submissions. Conduct consultation sessions with clients (face-to-face, phone, video calls) to understand their profile and immigration goals. Assist clients with gathering required documentation and help with the preparation of Letters of Explanation, Statement of Purpose, etc. Keep accurate records of client information, interactions, and progress using CRM or internal databases. Build and maintain professional relationships with embassies, visa offices, and immigration bodies. Stay informed of changes in immigration laws and share relevant updates with the team and clients. Provide after-service support to clients post-visa approval (arrival guidance, settlement advice, etc.). Key Skills: Strong knowledge of immigration processes for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and/or Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client management and relationship-building ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online immigration portals. Qualifications: Minimum [1-3] years of experience in the immigration or visa consultancy field. Experience working with regulated immigration consultants is an advantage.
