Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
β The Identity and Access Management Engineer will ensure the operational effectiveness of our Identity as a Service solution, as well as assisting with rolling out additional capabilities that further the firmβs IAM efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical skills who wants to help mature the firms IAM program.β
- Ensure a sound operating environment for the firmβs Identity as a Service solution. This includes defining and implementing critical system monitoring capabilities, responding to end user issues, and monitoring and responding to system s and warnings. β
- Audit identities so that they remain healthy and compliant β
- Enhance the firmβs Identity solutions making them more secure, more user friendly, and more efficient. β
- Document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. β
- Monitor the identity life-cycle process for the firmβs workforce; making sure that identity life-cycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accounts. β
- Onboard new applications to the firmβs SSO solutions. β
- Educate end users on the use of IAM related tools and processes. β
- Understand and troubleshoot IAM related issues β
- Collaborate effectively with a global engineering team β β

You will need to be proactive, identify opportunities and execute on them, while at the same time being transparent and working with the team.
