HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Paint Shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing all mechanical systems and equipment within the paint shop to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of paint shop mechanical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues in conveyors, pumps, robots, ovens, spray booths, and ventilation systems. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. Design and implement mechanical upgrades or modifications to enhance paint shop operations. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and documentation for all mechanical assets. Support production by ensuring equipment complies with safety and environmental regulations. Participate in cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, paint quality, and energy consumption. Analyze system failures and root causes; implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide technical support during audits, quality checks, and equipment validation.
