Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Thane. The Human Resources Specialist will be primarily responsible for Recruitment, both at Blue and White Collar staff levels as well as Manegerial and Senior Managerial positions, HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Shoukd be a resident of Thane/Mulund area only

Qualifications and Experience

• Human Resources (HR) Recruitement and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Candidates with Post Graduate qualifications will be preferred.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in similar position.
