For details contact only @ 73050 33458 Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) at Ramraj Cotton’s Corporate Office in Tirupur. The role involves driving the end-to-end PMS process, coordinating with department heads, setting KRAs/KPIs, and aligning performance outcomes with business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong PMS knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work across teams with minimal supervision. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 01. Drive end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) process across the organization. 02. Coordinate goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews in collaboration with HODs. 03. Implement and maintain KRAs/KPIs across departments in alignment with business objectives. 04. Generate performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review. 05. Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on PMS processes and best practices. 06. Support continuous improvement of performance frameworks and competency models. 07. Handle PMS software implementation or optimization (if applicable). 08. Coordinate with HRBP and COEs for effective performance calibration and normalization processes. 09. Ensure timely communication and documentation of appraisal cycles. 10. Align PMS outcomes with increments, promotions, and career development discussions. 11. Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance in all PMS-related activities.
