Human Resources Manager

We are looking for Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources functions within our organization. This role will involve handling a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, etc. - Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. - Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
